Objectives

The objectives of the Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations programme are to:

• Conduct research into IRHRM-related problems.
• Provide a favourable environment and requisite knowledge to enhance industrial peace and ensure national development.
• Provide research and consultancy services for both organizations in the private and public sectors.
