Transcript Application Instructions
Review Of Charges For Some Services Rendered
Please, follow this step by step guide to apply for your transcript:
1. Application fees should be paid into the account below:
Bank – UBA
Account name – JABU IGR
Account number – 1018822796
- Postgraduate – N20,000
- Undergraduate – N12,000
- Non-Graduate – N30,000
- Electronic Copy – N5,000 (comes to effect from Tuesday, 2nd January 2024).
2. The application fee for student copies only for undergraduate is N3,000.
- Electronic copy – N1,500 (with effect from Tuesday, 2nd January 2024).
3. The application fee for student copies only for postgraduate is N5,000.
- Electronic copy – N2,000 (with effect from Tuesday, 2nd January 2024).
4. Payment slip should be taken to the bursary for collection of appropriate receipt.
5. Attach the original receipt for 1, and 2 or 3 above to your detailed application and submit it to the office of the registrar.
6. Pay for your courier services at the Exam Records Office for your transcript to be sent to the institution or organization of your choice.
7. Courier fees depend on the destination of your transcript.
8. Ensure that you are not indebted to the university in any way.
9. Alternatively, online applications with detailed evidence of payment can be sent to registrar@jabu.edu.ng.

- Official Transcript Application – N12,000 (via email – N5,000)
- Transcript Application (Student Copy) – N3,000 (via email – N1,500)
- Reference/Recommendation Letter – N3,500 (via email – N2,000)
- Proficiency In English Letter – N5,000 (via email – N2,000)
- Transcript To World Education Services (WES) – 20,000
2. Non-Graduate:
- Transcript Application – N30,000 (via email – N5,000).
3. Postgraduate:
- Official Transcript Application – N20,000 (via email – N5,000)
- Transcript Application (Student Copy) – N5,000 (via email – N2,000)
- Add or Delete – N2,000
- Loss of Receipt – N2,000
