The unit ensures the availability, reliability, and security of key digital platforms, including the university website and e-portal, which are essential for academic and administrative processes.

The official JABU website is the digital gateway to the institution. The MIS Unit oversees its development, maintenance, and updates to ensure that students, parents, faculty, and stakeholders have access to:
- University Information – Comprehensive details about JABU’s history, vision, mission, and core values.
- Principal Officers – Profiles of the university’s leadership, including the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Bursar, and other key officials.
- Academic Programmes – Information on available undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, admission requirements, and course offerings.
- Admissions Portal – A seamless platform for prospective students to apply, check admission status and receive updates.
- Library Services – Digital access to JABU’s library catalogue and academic resources.
- Non-Teaching Units & Staff Directory – A well-structured section for accessing information about administrative and support units.

The e-portal is a mission-critical system for students and colleges. Managed by the MIS Unit, this platform facilitates:
- Course Registration – Students can easily enrol in courses for each semester.
- Admissions Processing – Prospective students can submit applications, track progress, and receive admission letters.
- Exam Cards & Course Forms – Automated generation of exam cards and academic course forms.
- Integrated Payment System – Secure payment gateways for programme fees, registration charges, and other levies.
